Shigaraki takes part in a procedure with Dr. Garaki to develop his maximum strength. The Hero Public Safety Commission chooses to order yet another round of Hero Work-Studies in the meantime. Izuku and Bakugo are asked to accompany Todoroki to the Endeavor Agency since they have nowhere else to go because he has nowhere else to go. Endeavor first hesitates, but after receiving a message from Hawks in code, he finally caves and begins to teach his interns how to harness their peculiarities. After another three months have passed, the Hero Students are charged with evacuating the populace while the Heroes launch an attack against the Paranormal Liberation Front. Izuku and his Heroes team battle Shigaraki, who is under the spell of All For One, during the struggle. All of the events result in Izuku being able to unlock Float and Danger Sense, two of One For All’s early Quirks. Even though some of the Pro Heroes who were still alive were able to stay on the front lines and some others were successful in getting the people evacuated, they were unable to stop Shigaraki and the League from escaping.
Many cities were completely devastated as a consequence of the events that took place, and the Heroes proceeded to rescue victims and catch criminals while simultaneously dealing with their own deaths. In the meanwhile, the general public started to lose faith in the hero culture. All For One and the others eventually found their way out of Tartarus as the Nomus attacked. Endeavor and Dabi’s family come to an understanding over Toya, also known as Shoto’s brother Dabi and a member of the League of Villains, so that they may cooperate to find a solution. Izuku decides to find a way to “rescue” Shigaraki without really putting his life at jeopardy as he obtains more understanding of the mysteries surrounding One For All. Izuku decides to leave U.A. to protect his students from harm while aiding the Pro Heroes in their pursuit of the criminals now that All For One has escaped capture and the mysteries of “One For All” have started to be revealed to the general public in order to help the Pro Heroes catch the criminals. Shortly later, Izuku exhibits the Smokescreen quirk that she acquired from the One for All’s last user. He continues by demonstrating how it was used in the conflicts with Muscular and the former hero Lady Nagant. After seeing how difficult it is for him to go on battling alone, Izuku’s classmates decide to hunt him down, and they are finally successful in doing so. Izuku ultimately becomes so exhausted that he is willing to accept Bakugo’s repentance for everything he has done in the past. He is sent back to U.A. to recover, and while the locals there first mock him, Ochaco Uraraka’s speech moves them to reevaluate their worldview, and as a consequence, they let him to stay.
Shigaraki’s body is almost ready, therefore All Might has issued a frantic need for help to the other Heroes. Star and Stripe, America’s No. 1 Pro Hero, will show up and help defeat the enemy. Shigaraki, however, puts up a fight and adopts Shigaraki’s Quirk, New Order, to assist All For One in achieving their goal. He decides to leave when he has finished decomposing her since the New Order is causing chaos in the world of All For One Quirk vestiges. The Class 1-A and Pro Heroes who are still alive are preparing to deploy their combined forces to directly confront the enemies in battle and end the conflict. When it is discovered that Yuga Aoyama is the “U.A. traitor,” having been granted the All For One’s Quirk and forced into acting as a spy for the villain within U.A. out of worry for his parents’ safety, things get much more challenging. Despite the betrayal, the class decides to help him redeem himself by fighting the All For One movement since they are aware of his true goals. In the final battle between the Heroes and the Villains, the fate of the world will be decided. Using Eraser Head’s plan, the Heroes are able to lure the Villains out of hiding, where they are then divided apart to keep them from working together. Todoroki’s knockout of Dabi, however, leaves Bakugo with serious wounds from Shigaraki’s attack.
